Abstract: 

Purpose: Given the increasing complexity and uncertainty in today's organizational environments, making informed, timely, and flexible decisions is of paramount importance for ensuring the sustainability and long-term growth of organizations. Accordingly, the present study aims to identify and prioritize individual, group, organizational, technological, and environmental factors that influence the quality of managerial decision-making in order to provide a practical framework for enhancing decision-making capacity and increasing organizational resilience.Methodology:  This study is applied in nature and adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. Initially, a comprehensive set of factors was extracted through a systematic literature review. Then, a five-member expert panel was formed to identify the evaluation criteria, and the required data were collected using intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The relative weights of the criteria were calculated using the FUCOM method, and finally, the alternatives were prioritized based on an aggregated decision matrix using the multi-criteria WASPAS method.Findings: The findings revealed that specialized knowledge is the most significant factor influencing the quality of managerial decision-making. This was followed by participative decision-making and data accuracy and reliability, which ranked second and third, respectively. In contrast, factors such as organizational structure and the legal, cultural, and social environment had the least impact. Overall, these results highlight the importance of focusing on internal and controllable factors to enhance organizational sustainability in dynamic environments.Originality/Value: This research is among the first studies to provide a comprehensive prioritization of individual to environmental factors affecting the quality of managers' decisions by integrating a systematic literature review, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, the FUCOM method, and the WASPAS method. The resulting framework not only enriches theoretical understanding but also serves as a practical guide for policymakers and managers in optimal resource allocation.

Abstract: 

Abstract: This study sought to answer the question of what are the causes of marital infidelity in the Iranian family. To Answer the Research Question, Qualitative Meta-Synthesis (QMS) Method Were Used. Then, 78 Scientific Papers Which Were Considered Marital Infidelity in Iran were identified and were Analyzed. The results showed that the factors of infidelity in Iran can be classified into 9 main categories, including: 1. Social factors, 2. Psychological factors, 3. Cultural factors, 4. Family factors, 5. Personal factors, 6. Relational factors, 7. Economic factors, 8. Media factors, 9. Contextual factors. Each of the main Categories is divided into Different Subcategories. The Social factors of infidelity were including “Infidelity Opportunities”, “Friend groups” and “Environmental Conditions”. Psychological factors of Infidelity Were Including “Personality Type”, “Attachment Styles”, and their “Love Schema”. Cultural factors have Pointed to “Change in Beliefs and values” and “the level of Religious Education” of people. The Family factors were including “Inappropriate Marriage”, “Family Conflict” and “the Kind of Family Background of people”. The Personal factors are “Sexual Dissatisfaction”, “Emotional Dissatisfaction”, “the Feeling of Loneliness”, “the Spouse Unavailability”, “Weakness in Controlling Spouse”, “Domestic Violence”, “Revenge of the Spouse” and “the Role of the Third Person in the Relationship”. The Economic factors are including “the Economic Status of the person”, “the Role of Economic Problems”, “the motivation of entering into infidelity under the Pretext of Job promotion”. The media factors Were Emphasized on “weakening Iranian Values through Social Media Networks and Foreign Satellite Channels” and “Producing of New Needs by Media”. Finally, the Contextual factors were including the Role of “Age” and “Gender” in the Infidelity. Findings showed that Infidelity Occurred in the group of men and youth in Iran, more than other Social Groups.

Abstract: 

The exacerbation of credit risk and an increase in the volume of banking system claims in recent years has created a potential crisis in the usury free banking system of Iran. It is necessary to take the necessary decision before the emergence and actualization of social and economic crises in the country based on the native requirements In this research, a set of solutions in the banking system that are used to face with the the effective factors affecting exacerbation are counted and then completed with proposed solutions. In the following, the required criteria and desirability of a solution in the banking system are explained and all of these strategies are analyzed using a descriptive analytical method based on the criteria of the appropriate strategy, namely, validity, legality and deterrence, etc., and finally The management package is proposed for use in the banking system of the country, which has been approved by the managers of the country's banks in terms of the abovementioned criteria, so that for each of the factors of the parties one or more strategies are presented in accordance with the nature of that factor.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are one of the most important causes of mortality worldwide, and their prevention needs recognition of the factors affecting its occurrence and prospective planning. The aim of this study was to identify and rank the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases using MICMAC managerial approach. Methods: The present study was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, a comprehensive overview of cardiovascular disease risk factors was performed. In the second phase, the identified factors were ranked using MICMAC managerial approach. Results: In the literature review, 16 cardiovascular diseases risk factors including stress, anxiety and depression, nutrition and an unhealthy diet, low physical activity, smoking and drug consumption, hypertension, high blood lipids, overweight and obesity, age, gender, diabetes, family history, alcohol consumption, air and noise pollution, socioeconomic status, ethnicity and race and genetic factors were identified. According to the MICMAC approach and direct effects, three factors including unhealthy diet, obesity, and socioeconomic status were ranked first to third, as the most influential risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, respectively. Conclusion: According to the findings and focusing on the three factors of unhealthy diet, obesity and economic and social status, appropriate educational interventions, notification, and awareness raising among the community using the mass media are suggested.

Abstract: 

Background: Hospitals play the most important role in health care system utilizing the majority of the health system resources. Appropriate and efficient management of hospitals could decreases the cost of diagnostic and therapeutic services while improve the quality of services. Efficient hospital management requires recognizing and prioritizing factors affecting hospital performance and choosing the correct interventions. In the current research managerial factors which affect Tehran Heart Center's (THC) performance were recognized and prioritized.Materials & Methods: A qualitative study using interview technique was performed in 2010 to identify managerial factors affecting T.H.C.'s performance. Top and middle line managers were included in this study. To prioritize the factors a questionnaire was designed and used. The results were analyzed by one sample t-test and Fuzzy DEMATEL techniques.Results: In this study 9 managerial factors affecting on T.H.C.'s performance were recognized which 7 of them were influencing based on the positive (D~i-R~i) and the others were influenced. The factors according to their intensity based on the quantity of (D~i+R~i). So the influencing factors' ranking were as follow: delegation (3.16), management accountability (2.96), appropriateness of authority and responsibility (2.67), management motivation (2.61), process approach (2.26), systematic approach (2.25) and Top Management stability (1.68).Conclusion: Paying more attention and focusing on the main influencing factors such as delegation, management accountability, authority and responsibility appropriateness, top management stability and management motivation, lead to higher performance in the hospitals.

Abstract: 

The main objectives of this research were measuring intrapreneurship in Agricultural Extension Organization and finding organizational and managerial prerequisites for developing intrapreneurship in Agricultural Extension Organization in Iran .The study was mainly an applied form of research, and with regard to the control of its variables it was a non-experimental cause and effect study type. A questionnaire was developed to gather the needed data. The questionnaire's face validity was vrified by a panel of experts while its reliability approved through a pilot test (Cronbach's Alpha=0.80). Research population included 214 extension agents who worked in the offices of Jihade Agriculture in the following six provinces of: Azarbayejan Gharbi, Chahar Mahal-o Bakhtiari, Booshehr, Yazd, Ghazvin and Lorestan. The investigation of intrapreneurship in extension organization revealed that the organizational structure, the style of management, reward system and organizational communication system were not the determining factors in facilitating intrapreneurship. Regression analysis revealed that organizational culture as well as organizational rules and structure exerted the most effects on the development of intrapreneurship in extension organizations, this accounting for 51.4% of the changes in the variances of organizational entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Background: Nursing home (NH) residents accounted for half of the deaths during the 2020 spring wave of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic in France. Our objective was to identify structural and managerial factors associated with COVID-19 outbreaks in NHs. Methods: We conducted in July 2020 a retrospective study by questionnaire addressed to NH directors in the Brittany region of France. The questions related to structural characteristics of the establishment, human resources, and crisis management decisions. The primary endpoint was the occurrence of at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 among residents between March 1, 2020 and May 31, 2020. The secondary endpoint was total mortality during this period. We used multivariate regressions to identify factors associated with these outcomes. Results: Responses were collected from 231 NHs hosting 20, 881 residents, representing a participation rate of 47%. In 24 (10%) NHs, at least one resident presented confirmed COVID-19. NHs often implemented stringent protective measures, with 65% of them choosing to confine residents to their rooms. In multivariate analysis, factors associated with a reduced risk of case occurrence were in-room meal service, early ban of family visits, and daily access to an outdoor space. No association was found between mortality and the factors studied. Our results show an early and strict implementation of lockdown measures, with good epidemiological results in a context of shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and non-vaccination. Nevertheless, it raises ethical questions concerning respect of residents’,wellbeing and rights. Conclusion: Cessation of communal dining seems to be the main measure likely to be effective in preventive terms. It does not seem that room lockdown and cessation of group activities should be recommended, particularly if mask wearing is possible.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to examine managerial factors influencing the tendency of Bandar Abbas citizens to use Instagram. The research method employed in this study is cross-sectional in terms of temporal dimension,operationally, it is an applied investigation, as the researcher seeks to establish a logical relationship between scholarly work and the target population. Given the nature of the topic, the data collection procedure, and the characteristics of the statistical population, a survey method was utilized. The statistical population of this study consists of the citizens of Bandar Abbas. The sample size includes 384 citizens of Bandar Abbas. To collect data, the study used the Virtual Network Usage Motivation Questionnaire (Gülnar et al., 2010). The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed statistically using SPSS software. The findings revealed a significant relationship between the use of the Instagram social network and immersion in virtual space (r = 0. 001), between the use of the Instagram social network and the motivation for interaction and communication in virtual space (r = 0. 001), between the use of the Instagram social network and self-expression in virtual space (r = 0. 001), and between the use of the Instagram social network and entertainment motivation in virtual space (r = 0. 001). Based on the results, it can be concluded that individuals’ motivation to join Instagram is not unidimensional,rather, it is multidimensional and multifaceted, varying from one person to another and from one culture to another. The results of this study may offer valuable theoretical and practical implications for managers and policymakers in this domain
